I launched Vanessa's online in 2019. After years of working retail and being a supervisor at JCP with some college in business management and supervision technology.
I took a break from retail when my oldest son was small to be with him and opened my own home day care. Then back to retail after my second child was a little older. After working with other local boutiques for over 5 years. It became my dream to open my own online boutique.
I started bringing the Boutique to office locations, home parties, schools, vendor pop up shows and more. As it grew I decided to open a brick n mortar store which launched in 2020.
It has been so much fun and incredibly rewarding being able to provide such a unique shopping experience to our local community and surrounding areas.

Return Policy
Returns: Returns must be made to the address on the shipping label within 14 days of arrival. Original tags must be attached and items free of smoke smell, perfume, ect.. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Customers are expected to pay the shipping back for returns or you may bring your return to the store. Please email us if you will be making a return so we can watch out for it.
